So often we mothers manage to convince ourselves that we’re alone in this. And while every situation has its own details, none of us are the only ones going through this situation.

Reach out. Ask for help. Look for answers. There are other mothers out there who have gone through, or are going through, similar issues. They are a wealth of information, and usually love sharing their triumphs. You will have your own victory story soon enough.
