Learning to Rest

As a mother of young children it often feels as though we must be on guard at all hours of the day and night. And in a way that is the case. Waking or sleeping, those children are our responsibility. However, we need rest, sleep, food, and entertainment.

Self Care: Why

Nothing is one-size-fits-all, not even the amount of water people should drink each day to maintain healthy hydration. So, please know that what works for me won’t necessarily work for you, but it can be fun trying something different for a few days.
